Chenelle T. Lauture is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and the founder of Focused Vision Counseling & Consulting. She provides therapy for individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, and life transitions, as well as executive functioning support for those seeking to improve organization, focus, and overall functioning in their daily lives.
Chenelle is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), an evidence-based therapy that helps individuals process distressing experiences and reduce emotional distress. Her approach is thoughtful, collaborative, and grounded in helping clients better understand their experiences while developing practical strategies for growth and healing.
In addition to her clinical work, Chenelle has experience working within higher education, where she has supported students navigating academic, personal, and emotional challenges. This background informs her work with individuals who are managing the demands of school, career development, and major life transitions.
Chenelle also provides clinical supervision for developing clinicians and consulting services for organizations focused on mental health, program development, and outreach. Dr. Yessine Griffin is a psychologist who provides executive functioning coaching for individuals seeking to improve focus, organization, time management, and productivity. She works with students and professionals who want to strengthen their ability to manage competing responsibilities, develop effective systems, and achieve their personal and professional goals.
Dr. Griffin takes a collaborative and practical approach to coaching, helping individuals better understand the patterns that affect their motivation, decision-making, and performance. Through structured strategies and thoughtful reflection, she supports clients in building sustainable habits that enhance both productivity and well-being.

Patrice is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over ten years of experience helping individuals work toward their personal goals while building healthier and more balanced lives. She is passionate about supporting clients as they navigate life’s challenges and develop the skills needed to move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
Patrice provides counseling services for individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, anger management concerns, and relationship conflicts. She works with clients from a wide range of backgrounds and believes that each person’s experiences and goals are unique.
Her approach to therapy is supportive, collaborative, and focused on helping individuals better understand their experiences while developing practical strategies for growth and healing. Patrice understands that finding someone you can trust to talk with can feel overwhelming, and she is committed to creating a space where clients feel heard, respected, and supported throughout the therapeutic process.
In addition to providing therapy, Patrice also offers clinical supervision for developing clinicians who are working toward licensure.

Taking the first step toward support can feel difficult, but meaningful change often begins with the decision to start. As a Licensed Social Worker, Adama is committed to helping preteens, adolescents (ages 10–17), millennials, and families navigate life’s challenges and build healthier ways of coping.
She works with individuals and families experiencing depression, anxiety, everyday stress, family conflict, and the impact of traumatic or difficult life experiences. Using evidence-based clinical approaches, Adama tailors her work to meet the unique needs of each individual and family she supports.
